British Gas failed to find a water leak in our home despite visiting 15 times. We have to move out for three months whilst builders repair the damage. It will cost more than £100,000: floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, fitted furniture need to be stripped out and replaced. Yet British Gas isn’t responding to our emails or returning our calls. Disgraceful.
